Job summary

Elite Material Handling, an OnPoint Company, seeks an Allied Sales Coordinator to support sales staff in Houston and Grapevine. You will coordinate with vendors and customers to ensure accurate job details, manage profiles, POs, and invoices, and track shipments and ETAs in company software.

You will work cross-functionally to keep projects on schedule, maintain documentation, and communicate costs and receivables with the Sales Finance Coordinator as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Proficient data entry with typing and 10-key skills.
• Strong attention to detail and written/verbal communication.
• Proficient with Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
• Willingness to learn new methods and collaborate across departments.

Responsibilities

• Support sales staff in Houston and Grapevine with project details.
• Coordinate communication between sales, project coordinator and vendors.
• Make outgoing calls to customers and vendors for status updates.
• Enter and track transportation, deliveries, and invoices in company software.
• Prepare equipment profiles, vendor POs, and customer invoices.
• Update ETAs, specs, and ensure accurate information on WIP reports.
• Coordinate with shop staff on tagged units and inform relevant teams.
• Process new sales orders and support timely completion of tasks.
