Astrya Global Medical Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment in Lancaster, Ohio. The position offers a 7:00AM–5:00PM schedule, with potential extension based on performance and department needs.

Pay ranges from $68 to $74 per hour, with weekly Friday payments. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating and supervising treatment plans, and supporting department goals and quality initiatives.

• Active Physical Therapy license to practice in Ohio is required.

Responsabilités

• Conduct physical therapy plans of care to rehabilitate patients with disabilities or impairments.
• Evaluate patients, set goals, plan and implement treatments, and document progress.
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Attendants per state laws and department guidelines.
• Assist with budgeting, annual goals, work instructions, and patient satisfaction efforts.
• Support PT program development and promotional activities.

Astrya Global, a San Diego based medical staffing agency, is hiring a PT for a temporary assignment in Lancaster, Ohio. These positions are 13-week contracts with the ability to extend.

Responsibilities for a PT:

• Conduct physical therapy plans of care to facilitate the rehabilitation of patients suffering from disabilities caused by disease, injury, dysfunction, or other physical, cognitive, or perceptual limitations
• Evaluate patients, establish appropriate treatment goals, plan treatments, carry out treatment plans, and document evaluations and treatments in an accurate and timely manner
• Supervise Physical Therapy Assistants and Physical Therapy Attendants according to state laws and department work instructions
• Assist manager in budgeting, setting yearly department goals, revising work instructions, providing in-service training and education, and assisting with improving patient satisfaction survey scores
• Assist with Physical Therapy promotional activities and program development
• Supervise and mentor volunteers and/or students in adherence with department work instructions and/or APTA guidelines
• Demonstrate empathy, integrity, stewardship, agility, and teamwork in all aspects of patient and organizational interactions
• Maintain commitment to quality improvement, safety, and customer service standards
• Comply with policies, procedures, work instructions, and guidelines while reporting compliance or ethical concerns to appropriate personnel
• Participate in ongoing learning and complete all mandatory education to enhance on-the-job performance
• Maintain valid Physical Therapy license to practice in the state of Ohio
