Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking an Allied Clinical Therapist at Princeton House Behavioral Health to originate and supervise high quality therapy for individuals and groups. You will participate as a treatment-team member, develop plans, and provide psychoeducational groups using established modalities.

The role involves collaboration with clinicians, documenting progress, and contributing to service improvements. Must hold relevant credentials and master’s-level education.

Qualifications

• Master of Arts or Science required.
• Master's degree in a related field (Music Therapy, Recreation Therapy, Art Therapy, Dance/Movement Therapy, Drama Therapy, Counseling, Occupational Therapy, Social Work) required.

Responsibilities

• Origin, plan, and administer high quality Allied Clinical Therapy to individuals and groups.
• Provide clinical expertise as part of the treatment team to create and maintain a therapeutic milieu.
• Develop individualized treatment plans and document progress in the hospital record.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and collaborate with appropriate clinicians.
• Participate in committees and support department goals; ensure cost-conscious use of supplies.
