The Territory Account Specialist (TAS) is a sales leader who creates a tailored customer experience for each account and healthcare provider (HCP). As the primary Point of Contact (PoC), the TAS engages with clients to identify mutual priorities, address needs, and improve patient outcomes by leveraging Novartis resources. The role requires expertise in clinical and account selling, access navigation, problem-solving, team collaboration, and omni-channel engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
Leveling Guidelines: The role will be filled at a level based on experience.
Driving is an Essential Function: This role requires driving; a valid, unrestricted driver’s license is necessary. Reasonable accommodations are available for qualified individuals with medical restrictions if they do not eliminate the essential function.

Compensation and Benefits: Salary ranges are approximate and may vary based on location, experience, and performance. The total package may include bonuses, stock, and benefits such as medical, 401(k), and paid time off. Final compensation will be determined at offer.
Training: The selected candidate must complete initial training, which may include home study, within eight hours per day and forty hours per week.
