The Territory Account Specialist (TAS) is a driven sales business leader who designs a customized customer experience tailored to the needs of each account and HCP. Acting as the primary Point of Contact (PoC), the TAS engages with clients to identify mutual priorities and address their needs by problem-solving and leveraging Novartis resources to improve patient outcomes. The TAS possesses expertise in clinical selling, account management, access navigation, and omni-channel engagement.
The position will be filled at a level commensurate with experience:

The salary range varies by level, from approximately $93,800 to $234,000/year, with additional benefits and potential bonuses. Final pay depends on experience, location, and other factors.
