Job summary

Puget Sound ENT in Seattle is expanding into integrated allergy services and seeks a skilled RN to launch and support a new allergy and immunology program within our outpatient practice.

This role emphasizes patient education, procedural care (allergen immunotherapy injections, skin testing), and developing clinic workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; join a physician-led team committed to high-quality care and program growth.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
  • Current State licensure and BLS accreditation (ACLS preferred).
  • Experience in allergy, immunology, ENT or outpatient procedural care preferred.
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
  • Ability to manage high-volume clinic flow efficiently.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Administer and monitor allergen immunotherapy injections (SCIT).
  • Provide SLIT support.
  • Perform skin prick and intradermal allergy testing, patient intake, vitals, and documentation.
  • Monitor for adverse reactions and respond to anaphylaxis.
  • Educate patients on allergy conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
  • Maintain records and ensure safety compliance.
  • Assist in developing clinic workflows, protocols, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate care with physicians, PAs, and staff.

Puget Sound ENT is a well-established, physician-led otolaryngology practice serving the greater Seattle area. We are committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and innovative clinical environment.

As part of our continued growth, we are expanding into integrated allergy services to provide comprehensive airway care for our patients.We are seeking a skilled and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to play a key role in launching and supporting a new allergy and immunology program within our practice.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who enjoys patient education, procedural care, and program development in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The key duties and responsibilities of the RN include, but are not limited to:

  • Administer and monitor:
    • Allergen immunotherapy injections (SCIT)
    • Sublingual immunotherapy support (SLIT)
  • Perform:
    • Skin prick and intradermal allergy testing
    • Patient intake, vitals, and clinical documentation
  • Monitor patients for adverse reactions and respond to allergic emergencies (including anaphylaxis)
  • Educate patients on allergy conditions, medications, and treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safety protocols
  • Assist in developing clinic workflows, protocols, and quality standards
  • Coordinate care with physicians, PAs, and administrative staff
  • Display professionalism at work and in the community as a representative of the Center
Education/Experience
  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current State licensure and BLS accreditation (ACLS preferred)
  • Experience in allergy, immunology, ENT or outpatient procedural care preferred
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills
  • Ability to manage high-volume clinic flow efficiently
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
