Qualifications

• LPN license issued by the practicing state is required.

• GED or HS equivalency is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Support care team by assisting providers and patients.
• Take vital signs, histories, and screenings.
• Prepare patients for exams and assist during procedures.
• Administer medications/vaccines as directed.
• Document care in the electronic health record.
• Collaborate with physicians and nurses to ensure quality care.
