Job summary

AllerVie Health is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our allergy and immunology specialty clinic in Westminster, MD. The LPN will administer injections and assist with testing, while ensuring precise documentation in the EMR and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current BLS certification required.
• 1–2 years of outpatient or specialty care experience preferred.
• Experience with injections, immunotherapy, or biologics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer injections, immunotherapy, and biologics under supervision.
• Perform patient intake, vital signs, and assist with allergy testing.
• Document all clinical activities accurately in the EMR.
• Monitor patients post-injection and provide follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and safety practices.
• Maintain a clean, compliant clinical environment.
• Support inventory tracking and cold chain management.
• Collaborate with providers and the care team for patient-focused care.
