Qualifications

• LPN Diploma or RN Associate degree from an accredited program.
• Current valid LPN or RN license in Kentucky.
• CPR certification required.
• Minimum 1–2 years of related nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepare rooms and assist with allergy testing and doctor visits.
• Administer injections and manage shot room duties.
• Document in EMR system and coordinate with injection room staff.
• Calibrate pulmonary function testing equipment and monitor tests.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and patient privacy.
• Educate patients on medications and environmental controls.
