Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare certification is a plus.
• Experience as medical assistant, technician, or related healthcare role preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-focused approach.
• Proficiency with EMR systems; CPR certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Conduct allergy skin testing and interpret results under supervision.
• Prepare and administer immunotherapy (allergy shots) and sublingual therapy.
• Maintain accurate patient records, test results, and progress notes.
• Educate patients on allergy management and treatment plans.
• Assist with patient scheduling and follow-up care.
• Ensure a clean, safe clinical environment in line with health regulations.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
