Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a Full-Time Medical Assistant for the Allergy team at the Mount Vernon location. You will support clinical and clerical tasks, assist with skin tests and immunotherapy, and ensure accurate patient records and smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years as a Medical Assistant, CPR/AED certification, and experience with EMR and scheduling systems. The role supports a patient-centered environment with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant.
• Experience in an allergy practice is preferred.
• CPR and AED certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Promote a professional, welcoming atmosphere and high-quality care.
• Assist with allergy testing procedures and patient prep.
• Maintain clean, stocked treatment rooms and stock supplies.
• Assist in scribing, charting, and patient communication while following HIPAA & OSHA.
