Job summary

Vancouver Clinic in Vancouver, WA, seeks a BC/BE physician for the Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Department. Full-time or part-time, 0.8–1.0 FTE, with a flexible 4-5 day schedule including telehealth. Services offered at two Vancouver locations with diagnostic testing and biologic therapies.

The compensation is production-based with upside potential. A guaranteed $341K at 1.0 FTE for new clinicians, plus a starting bonus up to $35,000 and a two-year partnership track.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients of all ages in Allergy, Asthma & Immunology.
• Practice at two Vancouver, WA locations (Columbia Tech Center and Gateway One).
• Utilize diagnostic services (skin testing, spirometry, patch testing, challenges) and therapies (immunotherapy, IVIG, SCIg).

We’re looking for a full-time or part-time BC/BE physician to join our Allergy, Asthma & Immunology Department. The ideal candidate will have a passion for practicing evidence-based medicine treating patients of all ages. The department consists of four physicians and a physician assistant.

Position Details:

• Flexible FTE (between 0.8 - 1.0 FTE)
• Flexible schedule (4-5 days/week) including 1 day telehealth
• Services provided at two locations in Vancouver (Columbia Tech Center and Gateway One)
• Diagnostic services include: skin testing, patch testing, office spirometry, food and drug challenges, aspirin desensitization (outpatient only)
• Therapies offered: subcutaneous immunotherapy, sublingual immunotherapy, biologics, IVIG infusions, SCIg
• Minimal Call shared among entire department
• Compensation is a Production model with upside-earning potential
• New clinicians have a 1-year guarantee of $341K (1.0 FTE).
• Up to $35,000 starting bonus
• Two-year partnership track position with a reasonable buy-in
