Qualifications

3+ years hands-on experience in electrical controls design, PLC programming, and control panel assembly.
At least 3+ years in a PLC Controls Engineer role.
Experience with Allen Bradley PLC platforms and HMI development/programming.

Responsibilities

Design and develop electrical control systems and panel layouts.
Perform PLC programming, testing, and troubleshooting for industrial automation systems.
Build and wire control panels according to electrical schematics and industry standards.
Develop and configure HMI applications for operator interfaces.
Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and production teams to ensure seamless system integration.
Support system installation, commissioning, and on-site troubleshooting.
Maintain documentation including schematics, panel layouts, and program backups.
