All-Source Telecoms Analyst (TS/SCI)

Job summary

Inflow is a national security services firm based in Charlottesville, VA, delivering cutting-edge services across DoD and other agencies. An active TS/SCI clearance is required for this role.

You will map complex telecommunications networks, produce intelligence briefs and technical notes, and participate in technical meetings. Travel to CONUS locations and collaboration with government civilians and contractors are expected.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of related experience in telecommunications design and analysis.
• Bachelor's of Science Degree in Telecommunications System Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in ICD 203, ICD 206, and other relevant intelligence community directives.
• Able to do some travel to various CONUS locations as needed.
• Active TS/SCI Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed network maps of complex telecommunications systems, including protocol stack analysis and traffic flow diagrams.
• Produce briefings, all-source assessments, and technical notes.
• Attend technical working meetings and conduct all-source research for proposed products.
• Draft and finalize finished intelligence products with iterative feedback.
• Respond to technical information requests in a timely manner.
• Deliver high-quality work and support future areas of focus.
• Other duties as assigned.
