Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis across multiple sources.
• Ability to synthesize data for decision-making and threat identification.
• Experience with DoD product lines and ICD 203 tradecraft standards.
• Ability to deliver high-quality reports and briefings to senior policymakers.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret information from multiple sources to provide actionable intelligence assessments.
• Synthesize data to support decision-making and identify emerging threats or trends.
• Develop products utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards.
• Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and briefings.
• Support rotating shift schedule and work collaboratively in a multi-task environment.
