Job summary

Federated IT seeks an All-Source Intelligence Analyst (J2) for a rotating-shift role stationed at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling with TS/SCI and CI Poly requirements. The position supports intelligence collection, analysis, and product development to ICD 203 standards.

Salary range is $95,000–$110,000, on-site at The Pentagon, with travel as needed. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of all-source intelligence analysis or 7+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of all-source intelligence analysis experience; or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret information from multiple sources to provide actionable intelligence assessments
• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
• Synthesize data to support decision-making and identifying emerging threats or trends
• Ability to support a rotating shift schedule
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with INDOPACOM and/or CENTCOM AOR
• Knowledge of the IC and Combatant Command environment
• Experience authoring DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
