Executive Management Services, Inc. in Washington, DC is seeking an experienced All-source Intelligence Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret information from multiple sources to support senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

The role requires TS/SCI with CI poly, ICD 203 tradecraft standards, and the ability to work rotating shifts on site at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling. You will develop and deliver high-quality reports and briefings under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required, or 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis across multiple sources.
• Ability to synthesize data for decision-making and threat identification.
• Experience with DoD product lines and ICD 203 tradecraft standards.
• Ability to deliver high-quality reports and briefings to senior policymakers.

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret information from multiple sources to provide actionable intelligence assessments
• Synthesize data to support decision-making and identifying emerging threats or trends
• Develop products utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Ability to support a rotating shift schedule
• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
• Experience authoring DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

General Factors:

Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40-hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it.

Willing to travel, if needed.

No Relocation.

Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.

Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.

Work Schedule Requirements:

Willing to work a rotating shift schedule (will receive differential on all hours between 1800–0600):

• Week 1: M–F 0600–1400
• Week 2: M–F 1400–2200
• Week 3: M–F 2200–0600 | Sat–Sun 1800–0600
• Week 4: M–F Off/Admin-Recover Week | Sat–Sun 0600–1800
• Week 5: M–Sun Off/On-Call Week

Repeat Clearance: TS/SCI with current CI Poly (adjudicated within the past 5 years)

Location: Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling; On-Site

Salary Range: 90K - 105K
