Job summary

Cherokee Insights is seeking an All Source Intelligence Analyst SME to support our USSOCOM program in Homestead, FL on-site. The role requires an active TS/SCI clearance and a minimum of 10 years in all-source analysis, with significant national-level agency experience and senior-level briefing duties.

Responsibilities include researching diverse intelligence sources, producing strategic intelligence products, mentoring junior analysts, and delivering formal briefings.

Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • 10+ years all-source intelligence analyst experience.
  • 5+ years with national level intelligence agencies (NSA/CIA/DIA).
  • 3+ years supporting special operations.
  • Experience with analytic techniques, theory, and trends.
  • 5+ years with analytic tools developed in the last 5 years.
  • 3+ years writing finished intelligence assessments.
  • 4+ years presenting intelligence briefings at senior levels.
  • Knowledge of the following intelligence tools and platforms (see tools list) including geospatial and SIGINT analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Research, fuse intelligence across HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT/PAI, Cyber.
  • Produce intelligence products to drive the intelligence cycle for decision-makers.
  • Lead analytic portfolio and mentor junior analysts.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in analytic techniques and tools.
  • Produce high-quality technical and non-technical intelligence products and briefings.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.

Job description

This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance.

A government contract requires that this position be restricted to U.S. citizens or legal permanent residents.You must provide documentation that you are a U.S. citizen or legal permanent resident to qualify.

Cherokee Insights is seeking an All Source Intelligence Analyst SME to support our USSOCOM program.

Pay commensurate with experience.

All Source Intelligence Analyst SME Responsibilities Include:

  • Research, identify, and fuse available intelligence from all intelligence disciplines – HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT/PAI, Cyber, and military reconnaissance
  • Produce intelligence products, to drive the intelligence cycle, to collaborate with counterparts in the Intel Community, to inform current/future operations, and to advise operational decision-makers.
  • Serve as the lead analyst and technical expert with primary analytic responsibility over their assigned portfolio and may mentor/guide more junior analysts.
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in proven analytic techniques and current analytic tools.
  • Demonstrate expert-level proficiency in producing high-quality comprehensive technical/non-technical intelligence products (assessments, papers, presentations) and can prepare and present formal or informal briefings as required.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned
  • Active TS/SCI Security clearance
  • A minimum of ten (10) years of all-source intelligence analyst experience.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of experience working for or with national level intelligence agencies, such as NSA, CIA, or DIA.
  • A minimum three (3) years of experience and knowledge in the area of intelligence support to special operations.
  • Proficiency, knowledge, and experience with current all-source analytical techniques, theory, methodologies, processes, and trends.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of current experience and knowledge of analytic tools developed within the last five (5) years.
  • At least three (3) years of experience writing formal finished intelligence assessments (e.g., white papers, targeting packages, or other serialized finished intelligence products).
  • At least four (4) years of experience preparing and delivering intelligence briefings at the Colonel (O-6) / GS-15 level or higher.
  • Knowledge of and recent experience with all-source intelligence tools to include the following:
    • Message Traffic Databases. Examples include M3/S3, TAC, NGT/Trident, RMT, or others.
    • Fused Intelligence Analysis and Visualization Tools including FADE MIST, Proton, IC Palantir, and Analyst Notebook.
    • Geospatial Analysis Tools, including Google Earth or ArcGIS.
    • SIGINT Analysis Tools, including DataXplorer or ICREACH or Voltron.
    • Proficiency with standard commercial software applications and web browsers (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, Mozilla Firefox, etc.) is also expected.
    • Recent experience with the following specialized tools is highly desired: CHIMERA, SKOPE Suite of Tools, QLIX, and DATAMINR.
  • Must pass pre-employment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
