Job summary

BAE Systems Intelligence & Security division seeks an All-Source Analyst to join our Quantico, VA team supporting a maritime effort for the MCIA program. The role provides intelligence production and briefings to support situational awareness across multiple theaters.

Candidates must have 5+ years of all-source experience and an active TS/SCI clearance, with strong written and oral communication, ability to work independently, and collaboration with IC partners to drive collection and analytic

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years all-source experience with recent work.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Experience coordinating with IC partners and conducting briefings.
• Proven ability to develop concise, insightful intelligence products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct all-source analysis to produce intelligence estimates and briefings.
• Research, collect, and integrate data from multiple sources.
• Attend conferences and coordinate with counterparts to share information.
• Develop collection requirements and inform collection officers.
• Deliver written and oral products meeting ICD MCIA standards.
