SAIC is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support the FRE program within the DON. On-site in Quantico, VA, the role involves evaluating SBIR/STTR proposals, conducting open-source and entity research, and delivering analytic briefings.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree plus 9 years of experience, or Master’s with 5 years in intelligence/counterintelligence.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with All-Source Intelligence Analysis, Counterintelligence Analysis, Fundamental Research, Industrial Security, Due Diligence reviews, SCRM, SBIR/STTR programs.
• Experience conducting open-source research and analysis to assess threats.

Responsabilidades

• Review SBIR/STTR proposals and related entities; contribute to evaluation.
• Research entities to identify patterns, concerns, or threats for referrals to NCIS.
• Produce analytic reports on trends, analyses, and threats impacting SBIR/STTR and FR proposals.
• Monitor entities for new FOIC concerns in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Provide analytic and briefing support to DON, DOW Services, and leadership.
• Identify IP theft and technology transfer trends; brief mitigation strategies.
• Identify threat vectors exploited by foreign intelligence entities targeting DOW technologies.
• Assess patents and funding sources related to entities and personnel.
• Analyze foreign investments and investors, including venture capital.
• Map corporate hierarchies and co-authorship networks.
• Maintain analytic databases, trackers, link charts, timelines, and other KM tools.
• Apply structured analytic techniques to reduce bias and uncertainty.
• Ensure compliance with security, handling, and records-management requirements.
