Job summary

B&A is seeking an All Source Intelligence Analyst – Mid (Contractor Lead) to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence (FOCI) Expansion Mission. This role is based at Stafford/Quantico, Virginia with anticipated award in February 2027 and anticipated start in March 2027.

Responsibilities include leading analytic support to the Due Diligence Division (DDD), coordinating with Government PM and one of four DDD Branch Chiefs, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Eight years of experience in risk analysis or related fields.
• Eight years applying standards to business intelligence and security data.
• Eight years using commercial and proprietary databases (Bloomberg, Factiva, LexisNexis, PitchBook, Capital IQ, Dun & Bradstreet).

Responsibilities

• Lead analytic support to the Due Diligence Division (DDD) coordinating with the Government PM and Branch Chiefs.
• Support business and security due diligence, entity vetting, risk indicator identification, and reporting.
• Apply business intelligence and security data analysis to identify trends and recommended solutions.
