Job summary

SAIC is seeking an All-Source Intelligence Analyst to support the FRE program. The role focuses on due diligence for SBIR/STTR proposals, FR grants, and doctrine aligned with DON requirements.

The work is on-site in Quantico, VA, with salary in the $120k–$140k range depending on experience. You will conduct open-source research, develop analytic reports, and coordinate with multiple entities to identify threats and patterns affecting national security programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 9 years of intelligence or counterintelligence experience.
• Master’s degree with 5 years of experience as an alternative.
• TS/SCI clearance required.
• US citizenship required.
• Experience with All-Source Intelligence Analysis and related fields.
• Excellent presentation and writing skills; knowledge of oversight rules.

Responsibilities

• Support comprehensive review of SBIR/STTR proposals and related entities by contributing to evaluation.
• Conduct research and analysis on entities to identify patterns or threats for potential referrals.
• Produce analytic reports summarizing trends and threats from foreign entities affecting SBIR/STTR and FR proposals.
• Contribute to continuous monitoring of previously assessed entities with stakeholders to detect new FOCls concerns.
• Provide analytic support to DON and DOW agencies and leadership on intelligence findings.
• Identify trends in IP theft and technology transfer and brief mitigation options.
• Identify and assess foreign investments, licenses, and funding sources affecting entities.
