Job summary

HII-Mission Technologies seeks an Operations Research Analyst to work with Combatant Commands, SOUTHCOM, and interagency partners on high-priority intelligence requirements. The role emphasizes time-sensitive analysis, multi‑INT fusion, and data-driven approaches to targeting and mission support.

You will produce network analyses, tailored visualizations, and actionable reports, with rigorous QA/QC and ICD‑203 adherence, across open-source and geospatial data sources.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of intelligence analysis experience or 3 years with a related master’s degree.
• Experience supporting CCMDs, SOUTHCOM, law enforcement, or interagency operations.
• Strong requirements management and multi-INT fusion knowledge.
• Proficiency with OSINT tools and geospatial applications.
• Experience analyzing FTO and TCO networks within SOUTHCOM AOR.
• Excellent writing and briefing skills, ICD-203 standards knowledge.
• Ability to conduct advanced data mining and structured analytic queries.
• Top-Secret clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Integrate with CCMDs, SOUTHCOM, and interagency partners to refine and support high-priority requirements.
• Perform all-source research and network development on designated FTOs and TCOs in SOUTHCOM AOR.
• Apply operational research methods to inform planning, targeting, and production.
• Evaluate HUMINT, SIGINT, and law enforcement reports; assess credibility and provide feedback.
• Liaise with interagency representatives to provide network briefs and respond to RFIs.
• Synchronize intelligence requirements and data flow between customers and the GOST cell.
• Fuse multi‑discipline sources to assess illicit networks and operational drivers.
• Produce tailored analytic data-visualization products for SB briefings and ICD-203 compliant outputs.
• Conduct advanced data mining and QA/QC of intelligence products.
• Maintain up-to-date OSINT tools and analytic methodologies.
