Position Overview

Pantheon Data seeks a highly experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst - Expert to support critical defense intelligence operations in the Raleigh/Durham/Cary, NC region. This role is suited for a motivated analyst with proven expertise in synthesizing intelligence from multiple sources to support operational and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

1. Conduct comprehensive all-source intelligence analysis for military and interagency operations.
2. Develop and present intelligence briefings to senior leadership, including at the O-5 / GS-14 level or higher.
3. Apply advanced analytical methodologies to identify trends, threats, and insights.
4. Utilize intelligence tools, systems, and databases for analysis and reporting.
5. Collaborate across DoD and intelligence communities to ensure mission-aligned analysis.
6. Prepare written intelligence products for operational and strategic needs.
7. Monitor geopolitical, military, and technological developments relevant to national security.

Required Skills And Experience

1. Minimum of six (6) years as an all-source intelligence analyst within the DoD or equivalent, with four (4) years at the operational level.
2. Proficiency with current all-source analytical techniques, methodologies, and trends.
3. Expertise with all-source intelligence tools.
4. Experience delivering intelligence briefings at the O-5 / GS-14 level or higher.
5. Ability to work effectively remotely and in cross-functional teams.
6. Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint).

Clearance Requirements

Active Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility.

Work Location: Raleigh/Durham/Cary, NC (On-site)

Compensation

The salary range is $50,000 - $104,000, based on experience, location, and contractual requirements. Compensation outside this range is possible.
