All-Source Intelligence Analyst (Anticipated)

POSITION NOT YET FUNDED. SOLICITING RESUMES FROM INTERESTED CANDIDATES FOR ANTICIPATED POSITIONS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze all-source intelligence to produce assessments, reports, articles, threat analyses, and special studies responsive to user needs.
• Maintain and update the common battle space awareness and intelligence picture.
• Develop RFI responses.
• Identify intelligence gaps and request solutions through the collections process.
• Engage with related organizations for intelligence support.
• Understand the intelligence tasking, processing, production, exploitation, and dissemination process.
• Maintain all-source databases; use multiple intelligence tools for threat force analysis.
• Fuse reports from HUMINT, SIGINT, IMINT, MASINT sources for threat assessment and early warning.
• Conduct tactical and operational research and analysis.

Qualifications

Junior-Level Analyst:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree, or specialized training with 2-3 years of intelligence analysis or military intelligence experience, or equivalent.
• Work semi-independently with frequent oversight; produce work that may require revisions.

Mid-Level Analyst:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree with 4-6 years of experience, or equivalent training and 4-8 years of experience.
• Work independently with moderate oversight; produce comprehensive work that may need minor revisions.

Senior-Level Analyst:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree with 8+ years of experience, or equivalent training and 10+ years of experience; recognized subject matter expert.
• Work independently with minimal oversight; produce thorough, final products with minor revisions.

Security Clearance

• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly eligibility required.
