Job summary

American Technology Force in the Washington, DC area is seeking an experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret information from multiple sources to produce actionable intelligence assessments for senior policymakers.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of all-source experience or 7+ years without a degree, ICD 203 tradecraft expertise, and the ability to deliver high-quality briefings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and political issues; using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources.

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret information from multiple sources to provide actionable intelligence assessments
• Synthesize data to support decision-making and identifying emerging threats or trends
• Develop products utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Ability to support a rotating shift schedule
• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
• Experience authoring DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

General Factors:

• Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40-hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it.
• Willing to travel, if needed.
• No Relocation.
• Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.

Work Schedule Requirements:

• Willing to work a rotating shift schedule (will receive differential on all hours between 1800–0600):
• Week 1: M–F 0600–1400
• Week 2: M–F 1400–2200
• Week 3: M–F 2200–0600 | Sat–Sun 1800–0600
• Week 4: M–F Off/Admin-Recover Week | Sat–Sun 0600–1800
• Week 5: M–Sun Off/On-Call Week
• Repeat

Clearance:

TS/SCI with current CI Poly (adjudicated within the past 5 years)

Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling; On-Site

Salary Range:

90K - 105K
