Job summary

Cenith Innovations LLC in the Washington, DC area seeks an experienced All-Source Intelligence Analyst to collect, analyze, and interpret information from multiple sources to provide actionable intelligence assessments for senior policymakers.

The ideal candidate has TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance, 3+ years of all-source analysis with DoD tradecraft, and will develop high-quality deliverables while working on-site at Joint Base Anacostia-Bolling; rotating shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis or 7+ years in lieu of degree.
• Ability to support a rotating shift schedule.
• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and political issues.
• Experience authoring DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.

Job description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Collect, analyze, and interpret information from multiple sources to provide actionable intelligence assessments
• Synthesize data to support decision-making and identifying emerging threats or trends
• Develop products utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards
• Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of experience conducting all-source intelligence analysis and working with intelligence systems and tools OR 7+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
• Ability to support a rotating shift schedule
• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis of foreign military, security, and political issues, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
• Experience authoring DoD product lines and utilizing ICD 203 tradecraft standards
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Ability to work in a collaborative environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

General Factors

• Depending on project requirements, may be required to work within a compressed schedule; more than 40-hour work weeks should be expected when schedules demand it.
• Willing to travel, if needed.
• No Relocation.
• Must be able to sit/stand at a desk for long-periods and must be able to lift 20 pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to multi-task and rapidly change priorities with limited notice.

Work Schedule Requirements

Willing to work a rotating shift schedule (will receive differential on all hours between 1800–0600):
Week 1: M–F 0600–1400
Week 2: M–F 1400–2200
Week 3: M–F 2200–0600 | Sat–Sun 1800–0600
Week 4: M–F Off/Admin-Recover Week | Sat–Sun 0600–1800
Week 5: M–Sun Off/On-Call Week
