Job summary

Radiance Technologies, Inc. seeks an All Source Analyst to support NASIC mission-critical intelligence production. You will work with fellow analysts to collect, analyze, and disseminate all-source information, producing reports with key findings and actionable insights.

The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong writing and briefing skills, and a Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. You will collaborate across teams and adhere to strict security protocols in a dynamic

Qualifications

Experience performing all source analysis for technical intelligence.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills to synthesize information from multiple sources.
Active Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong technical writing and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

Collect and analyze all-source data from diverse sources to produce intelligence products.
Develop comprehensive reports highlighting key findings and actionable insights.
Use multi-INT tools for in-depth data exploitation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate findings into planning and decision-making.
Complete required government training and maintain security/compliance.
