Clear Resolution Consulting, LLC is seeking a Senior All Source Analyst at our Quantico, VA location. The role focuses on strategic all-source intelligence analysis and producing high-quality deliverables for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.

The candidate will engage with all-source CI analysis using SIGINT/HUMINT, utilize tools like Pulse, RMT, TAC, NGT, and adhere to ICD-203/206. An active TS/SCI with CI Poly is required, along with 8+ years of analysis experience (12+ years if no

• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.
• Experience with all-source counterintelligence analysis using SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.
• Experience with All Source research tools such as Pulse, RMT, TAC, NGT, etc.
• Experience and familiarity with ICD 203 and ICD 206.
• Active TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with analysis or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality all-source intelligence deliverables for senior policymakers and defense stakeholders.
• Produce complex written products and briefings for senior officials.
• Leverage all-source research tools and IC directives to support assessments.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to inform national security decisions.

Level: Senior Location: Quantico, VA Remote Work: No Required Clearance: TS/SCI with CI Polygraph Position Type: Immediate Opening Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Experience with all source counterintelligence analysis using SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.
• Experience and familiarity with All Source research tools such as Pulse, RMT, TAC, NGT, etc.
• Experience and familiarity with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 and ICD 206
• Active TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with analysis or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree Additional Qualifications / Nice to have:
• Experience with briefing at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive level
• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR COMPENSATION

Base salaries at CRC are determined by various factors, including work location, an individual’s education, knowledge, skills, experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CRC’s total compensation package.
