Job summary

Clear Resolution Consulting (CRC) seeks a Senior All-Source Analyst in Quantico, VA, to deliver high-quality intelligence products for senior policymakers and DoD stakeholders. Role requires strategic all-source analysis across multiple sources, using analytic tools, and presenting complex findings in briefings.

The position requires an active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly, a Bachelor’s degree (or 12+ years experience in lieu), and 8+ years of related work.

Qualifications

• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis across multiple sources.
• Develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders.
• Experience with all-source counterintelligence analysis using SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.
• Familiarity with ICD 203 and ICD 206.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of experience (or 12+ years in lieu of degree).

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience with strategic all-source intelligence analysis, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyzing findings
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings
• Experience with all source counterintelligence analysis using SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.
• Experience and familiarity with All Source research tools such as Pulse, RMT, TAC, NGT, etc.
• Experience and familiarity with Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 203 and ICD 206
• Active TS/SCI clearance and CI Poly
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of experience with analysis or 12+ years of experience in lieu of a degree

Additional Qualifications / Nice to have:

• Experience with briefing at the General Officer, Flag Officer, or Senior Executive level
• Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR

Base salaries at CRC are determined by various factors, including work location, an individual’s education, knowledge, skills, experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected salary range for this position is $125,000 to $145,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of CRC’s total compensation package.
