Qualifications

  • Minimum fourteen (14) years of experience conducting analysis directly relevant to the specific labor category, with at least a portion of the experience gained within the preceding two (2) years.
  • Experience defining and resolving complex intelligence and mission problems; supervising studies and leading surveys involving the collection, evaluation, and analysis of data to develop actionable advice, recommendations, and solutions.
  • Experience leading analytic efforts involving the identification, planning, development, validation, and execution of advanced analytic production methodologies, intelligence tradecraft, and analytical techniques aligned with labor category and mission requirements.
  • Experience developing, evaluating, and refining analytic methodologies and tradecraft to address complex, emerging, or unique intelligence requirements and improve the rigor, quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of intelligence production.
  • Experience providing strategic advice, technical guidance, and subject-matter expertise to Military Commanders, Senior Government Officials (GG-15 and above), Defense Planners, policymakers, and other senior decision-makers, including officials at the Under Secretary level and above.
  • Experience leading complex, cross-functional analytic efforts involving multiple organizations, mission partners, and Intelligence Community stakeholders to integrate diverse sources of information, resolve complex issues, and develop comprehensive assessments and recommendations.
  • Experience exercising expert-level judgment and independent decision-making in the planning, execution, and evaluation of complex analytic activities, methodologies, and mission solutions with minimal direction or oversight.
  • Experience evaluating analytic production processes and identifying opportunities to improve intelligence tradecraft, methodologies, workflows, and mission outcomes.

  • Collect, integrate, and analyze biographical, biological, behavioral, contextual, and reputational identity attributes with associated intelligence to develop comprehensive assessments of individuals and networks.
  • Produce intelligence assessments evaluating threat individuals and networks, including their capabilities, capacity, centers of gravity, objectives, intent, and potential courses of action.
  • Analyze and assess friendly and adversary biometric systems to identify system capabilities, limitations, vulnerabilities, and potential operational impacts.
  • Develop and deliver analytic findings and technical assessments to inform U.S. Defense Acquisition Community activities, requirements, and decision-making related to biometric systems and capabilities.
  • Research, draft, coordinate, and maintain doctrine, policy, and guidance documents supporting Identity Intelligence (I2) activities in accordance with applicable Department of Defense authorities, regulations, and guidance.
  • Coordinate with government, military, and intelligence community stakeholders to support the development, implementation, and advancement of I2 policies, doctrine, processes, and capabilities across the Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE).
  • Prepare and present analytical products, assessments, briefings, and supporting documentation to communicate I2 findings, trends, system assessments, and recommendations to government stakeholders and decision-makers.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $135,000

This range reflects Core One Solutions' current good-faith estimate for this labor category based on proposed contract pricing and comparable labor category rates. As this position is contingent upon contract award, final compensation will be confirmed based on the awarded contract's negotiated rates, applicable wage determinations, clearance requirements, and the selected candidate's experience and qualifications.
