Job summary

Bart & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Mid-level All-Source Analyst for a position located in Hawaii, supporting the Theater Special Operations Commands Intelligence Directorate. This role involves analyzing national security interests and contributing to operational planning. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a national security or equivalent field, and must hold a valid US passport and TS/SCI clearance.

The compensation includes a salary of $110,000 plus cost-of-living adjustments along with comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and a robust 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 5 years of all-source intelligence experience in IC or DoD, including writing and briefing for IC/DoD customers.
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a national security or equivalent field.
• 4 years’ IC or DoD experience in respective Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
• 2 years’ experience in a multi-skilled team environment, collaborating on producing Intelligence Analysis.
• 1 year of experience using ArcGIS.
• 5 years’ experience utilizing all-source Intelligence Community tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and integrate national security interests, including military and political developments.
• Support operational planning processes and provide feedback on strategic changes.
• Provide fused intelligence using geospatial and SCA analysis for planning.
• Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified data sources.
