Job summary

Celestar, a B&A Company, seeks an All-Source Analyst – Mid Level to support TSOC Intelligence Directorate/JICSOC at HQ USSOCOM in Tampa, FL. You will analyze national security matters, produce finished intelligence, and collaborate with multiple POCs to deliver strategic insights.

Required: 5 years all-source IC/DoD experience, ArcGIS familiarity, and proficiency with IC/DoD tools; bachelor’s degree in national security or equivalent, with additional years of related experience allowed.

Qualifications

• 5 years of all-source intelligence experience in IC or DoD, including writing and briefing for IC/DoD customers.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in national security or equivalent field -OR- additional three years of experience in IC or DoD, including writing and briefing for IC/DoD customers.
• 4 years' IC or DoD experience in respective Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
• 1 year of experience using ArcGIS.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and integrate multiple areas of national security interests, including military and political developments, intentions, and implications.
• Support the operational planning process and provide feedback on strategic/theater changes that have implications for defense/SOF operations, conflicts, and crises.
• Provide fused intelligence bridging geospatial and SCA analysis for strategic, operational, and tactical level planning and operations.
• Respond to assigned RFIs by researching, analyzing, and producing finished intelligence.
• Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified data sources to locate and analyze available intelligence.
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external POCs to ensure all aspects of a research effort are incorporated.
• Identify information gaps and develop SDRs or identify alternate sources.
