Job summary

Castalia Systems is seeking a Mid-Level All-Source Analyst to conduct all-source analytic production on operational environment considerations, applying specialized experience and meticulous attention to detail to produce assessments and public-facing analyses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in all-source analysis, or 7+ years of experience in all-source analysis in lieu of a degree.
• Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments.
• Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings.
• 3+ years of experience with operational environment analysis, including water infrastructure analysis or Collateral Concern identification.
• Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.

Job Summary

Salary at Castalia Systems is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, position knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $115,000.00 to $120,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Castalia Systems’ total compensation package for employees.
