Job summary

E&M Technologies, Inc. seeks an All Source Analyst (PRK) to join our team in Alexandria, VA, supporting the Defense Resources and Infrastructure Office. The analyst will research and produce strategic-level all-source intelligence assessments on microelectronics and weapon systems.

You will brief senior policymakers and defense stakeholders, apply all-source tradecraft, and mentor junior analysts. Candidates must be a U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of experience or 7+ years equivalent experience.
• U.S. Citizen required for eligibility.
• Must maintain DoD security clearance at appropriate level.

Responsibilities

• Research, produce, and disseminate strategic-level all-source intelligence assessments evaluating foreign microelectronics and weapon systems across their lifecycle.
• Provide high-consequence intelligence production and briefing support under high-pressure conditions for warfighters and national leadership.
• Apply knowledge of all-source tradecraft, microelectronics supply chain/technology trends, and IC publication standards to deliver actionable assessments.
• Serve as subject matter authority on regional dynamics and technical microelectronics analysis to guide, train, and mentor analysts.
