Job description

The Opportunity:

The growing demand for integrated space intelligence and joint‐ready operations requires an analyst who can translate complex multi‑INT data, operational requirements, and exercise objectives into clear, actionable intelligence support.

The client needs an expert like you to fuse intelligence disciplines, guide operational planning, and ensure space intelligence is fully embedded across the Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC). As an All‑Source Analyst and Intelligence Planner, you’ll lead the integration of HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT into assessments, threat analysis, and mission‑focused intelligence products. You’ll synchronize intelligence inputs across service, component, and combatant command exercises, ensuring decision‑makers have the insights needed to employ space power effectively. Your work will directly influence scenario development, exercise execution, and the alignment of intelligence effects with operational objectives.

You’ll collaborate closely with the Space Force, joint partners, and allied nations to shape realistic scenarios, develop MSEL injects, and represent intelligence equities throughout distributed planning groups and conferences. You’ll help design training objectives, track capability gaps, and contribute to After‑Action reporting that refines how the joint force integrates space domain intelligence. This is your chance to deepen your expertise in multi‑INT fusion, joint exercise planning, space operations, and multinational intelligence integration. You’ll help shape how the client employs intelligence for strategic advantage and ensure the joint force maintains readiness in an evolving threat environment.

You Have:
  • Experience producing assessments, threat analyses, and briefings using HUMINT, SIGINT, GEOINT, and OSINT
  • Experience with Space Force mission areas and space domain core functions
  • Experience supporting operational or theater‑level intelligence processes
  • Experience supporting joint or component‑level exercises or planning events
  • Ability to coordinate collection requirements and identify intelligence gaps across multiple organizations
  • Ability to travel
  • CONUS up to 10% of the time to support planning conferences and exercise events
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of experience with all‑source intelligence, or 11+ years of experience with all‑source intelligence in lieu of a degree
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with exercise design, scenario development, or white‑cell execution
  • Experience integrating intelligence into MSEL development or operational planning cycles
  • Experience with modeling and simulation tools and intelligence data integration
  • Experience working with allied partners in combined or multinational intelligence environments
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
