Job summary

Celestar Corporation seeks an All-Source Analyst to support the Theater Special Operations Commands Intelligence Directorate at HQ USSOCOM, seated in Tampa, FL. The role requires TS/SCI eligibility and a strong background in all-source analysis, geospatial integration, and briefings.

You will collaborate with multiple POCs, produce high-quality intelligence products, and contribute to near-term assessments and strategic reporting. A Top-Secret clearance and US Passport are required.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ all-source intelligence experience in IC or DoD, incl. writing and briefing for IC/DoD customers.
• BA/BS in national security or equivalent, or 8 years combined IC/DoD experience with briefing/writing.
• 4 years’ IC/DoD experience in respective Areas of Responsibility (AORs).
• 2 years’ experience in a multi-skilled team environment producing intelligence analysis.
• 1 year of experience using ArcGIS.
• 5 years’ experience using all-source IC tools (e.g., Trident, TAC).
• Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Must have a valid US Passport.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and integrate multiple areas of national security interests for SOF missions.
• Support operational planning and provide feedback on strategic/theater changes.
• Provide fused intelligence bridging geospatial and SCA analysis for planning and operations.
• Respond to RFIs by researching, analyzing, and producing finished intelligence.
• Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified sources for PAS requirements.
• Collaborate with internal and external POCs to ensure research is comprehensive.
• Identify information gaps and develop SDRs or alternate sources.
• Produce quarterly products and support TSOC reviewers with analysis materials.
• Assist in producing multiple high-quality intelligence products per year.

Celestar Corporation is actively seeking an All-Source Analyst supporting the Theater Special Operations Commands (TSOC) Intelligence Directorate / Joint Intelligence Center Special Operations Command (JICSOC) located at HQ USSOCOM who will be seated in Tampa, FL. Duties And Responsibilities

• Analyze and integrate multiple areas of national security interests, including military and political developments, intentions, and implications. Assess and integrate foreign military and political trends, perceptions, and goals as related to SOF mission areas.
• Support the operational planning process and provide feedback on strategic/theater changes that have implications for defense/SOF operations, conflicts, and crises.
• Provide fused intelligence bridging geospatial and SCA analysis for strategic, operational, and tactical level planning and operations.
• Respond to assigned RFIs by researching, analyzing, and producing finished intelligence, including, but not limited to, Intelligence Studies, Desk Notes, PowerPoint briefings (with associated textual analyses and graphical representation of areas of interest), Intelligence Highlights, or SOF Intelligence Bulletins at required classification levels.
• Conduct in-depth research using classified and unclassified data sources to locate and analyze available intelligence in support of PAS requirements.
• Collaborate with multiple internal and external POCs to ensure all aspects of a research effort are incorporated.
• Identify information gaps and develop source-directed requirements (SDR) or identify alternate sources to garner information.
• HQ SOCOM analyst shall produce 12 products per quarter, at least two of which are near- or mid-term assessments (Info Paper, SOF Intel Brief, or PowerPoint presentation with associated textual analyses and visual representation) as deemed acceptable by JIC reviewers.
• THE TSOC PAS analyst will assist in the production of a minimum of six acceptable products per year as deemed by TSOC reviewers.
• TSOC PAS Analysts will support the Geospatial and SCA analysts in research and discovery to provide the common operational view.

Minimum Required Qualifications

• 5 years’ all-source intelligence experience in IC or DoD, including writing and briefing for IC/DoD customers
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) in a national security or equivalent field -OR- additional three years of experience in IC or DoD, including writing and briefing for IC/DoD customers, for a combined total of 8 years of experience
• 4 years’ IC or DoD experience in respective Areas of Responsibility (AORs)
• 2 years’ experience working in a multi-skilled team environment, collaborating on the production of intelligence analysis
• 1 year of experience using ArcGIS
• 5 years’ experience utilizing all-source Intelligence Community tools and applications (Trident, TAC, etc., as examples)
• Current Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Must have a valid US Passport
