Schedule

• 8-hour shifts
• Some holidays
• Alternating weekends

Responsibilities

• Provide Med Tech services (if applicable), including passing meds according to policy and procedure — training provided
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
• Assist with ambulation and mobility
• Support residents with personal care, hygiene, and meal assistance
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
• Offer activities essential for daily living, including serving meals and pet care, if necessary

Qualifications

• Med Tech certification for Med Tech positions
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Compassionate and supportive demeanor
• Availability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends (we alternate weekends)
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care preferred
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate attitude
• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience as a Caregiver preferred
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
• Reliability and punctuality
• Passion for working with seniors
