Schedule:

• 8-hour shifts
• Some holidays
• Alternating weekend availability

Responsibilities:

• Provide Med Tech services, including passing meds according to policy and procedure (training provided)
• Assist residents with personal hygiene, including showering, bathing, dressing, and eating
• Assist residents with ambulation and mobility
• Support residents with personal care, hygiene, meals, and mobility activities
• Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
• Offer activities essential for daily living, including assisting with meals and pet care if necessary

Qualifications:

• Med Tech certification for Med Tech positions
• Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without accommodations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to act compassionately and supportively
• Availability to work different shifts, including nights and weekends (we alternate weekends)
• Preferred experience in healthcare, hospitality, or in-home care
• Willingness to enforce health and safety standards
• Supportive and compassionate attitude
• High School Diploma or equivalent; experience as a caregiver preferred
• Ability to pass a Level 2 background check
• Reliability and punctuality
• Passion for working with seniors
