Job summary

Alacriant is hiring a Material Handler to safely move, store, and deliver raw materials and finished goods within the manufacturing facility. You will support production by ensuring materials are available and inventory is accurately tracked.

The role covers all shifts with pay ranging from $19.00 to $20.00 per hour plus a $3.00 shift differential for 2nd or 3rd shift. Expect a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in material handling or warehouse operations preferred.
• Ability to operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment (certification may be required).

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and transport metal materials using forklifts, cranes, or other material handling equipment.
• Stage raw materials for production and move finished products to designated storage areas.
• Verify material quantities and quality against work orders and shipping documents.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
• Operate material handling equipment in compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with packaging, labeling, and preparing shipments.
• Keep work areas clean and organized to ensure a safe environment.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures, including PPE requirements.
