Ramona Rehab in Hemet, CA is seeking an LVN to join our skilled nursing and rehab team. New graduates are encouraged to apply, and we offer comprehensive orientation, ongoing training, and competitive pay.

You will notify the MD of changes in resident condition, document daily care, administer medications, and complete assessments as needed. Shifts run 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and 11:00 PM to 7:30 AM. We text to schedule interviews.
