Job summary

Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking dependable bilingual Production Associates (English/Spanish) to join our manufacturing team in Chattanooga. Pay is $16.00/hour and multiple shifts are available: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

In this hands-on role you will operate laminators, tape machines, shrink wrappers, and other equipment, complete project-based tasks, maintain records, and support packing lines.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual English/Spanish and able to communicate clearly.
• Basic math and computer skills required for daily tasks.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment (laminators, tape machines, shrink wrappers, banders, etc.).
• Complete project-based production tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with production records, documentation, and reporting.
• Support kit packing lines per customer requirements.
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work area.
• Meet daily production schedules and performance goals.
• Follow all safety policies and operating procedures.
• Work overtime as needed to meet production demands.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 1st Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM

• 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
