Job summary

Crunch Fitness in Nashua, NH seeks an energetic group fitness instructor to lead safe, effective classes and uphold Crunch standards. You will maintain certifications, welcome members, and support a positive gym atmosphere.

This role entails signing in/out, adhering to policies, and collaborating with the team in monthly or weekly meetings, with ongoing training to keep the Crunch experience engaging for members of all levels.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Nationally Accredited Aerobic Certification (AFAA/ACE/NASM) preferred.
• Yoga or Pilates certification acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Instruct safe and effective exercise classes.
• Maintain all mandatory education certifications.
• Follow all instructor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
• Understand, and follow all policies, procedures, and standards.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the Crunch brand and model behavior in accordance with Crunch mission statement.
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager.
• Maintain professional disposition at all times.
• Follow all club/facility policies and procedures.
• Follow all policies and procedures in Employee Handbook.
