Qualifications

NAIA is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic hospitality workers to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive an enjoyable experience. This position requires keen attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. If you thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere and have a love for the culinary arts, we would love to hear from you.

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong knowledge of food/beverage handling practices and food safety regulations.
• Previous experience in hospitality is preferred, 5 years minimum.
• Excellent/high energy customer service skills with friendly demeanor.
• Ability to adapt/work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with handling cash/credit card payment methods.
• Ensures smooth operation of bar services.
• Attention to detail and presentation.
• Strong cocktail/spirit/wine knowledge.
