Job summary

Best-One Tire & Service Inc. in Riley Park, Indiana, is seeking an Alignment Technician to join our automotive repair team.

You will diagnose and repair alignment, suspension and related systems on passenger cars and light trucks, while delivering courteous, clear explanations to customers. This on-site role offers $24 per hour, paid holidays and vacations, health/dental/vision insurance, a 401(k) match, and uniform/shoe program.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of vehicle repair experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create raving fans with exceptional customer service
• Diagnose and repair to specifications on passenger and light trucks
• Minimize customer complaints with thorough, efficient repairs
• Work independently while collaborating with peers
• Maintain shop equipment and adhere to safety standards
• Explain diagnoses and needed services to customers clearly
• Learn new techniques in formal training
• Keep management aware of repair issues
• Maintain organized bay area
• Operate vehicles safely
• Communicate with store teammates and support departments
• Follow company policies and OSHA guidelines
• Take on additional responsibilities as needed
