Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician in the Shorewood, IL area. You will use advanced equipment to align tires and wheels and perform related services to ensure safety and performance.

The role requires 18+ years old, US work authorization, and about one year of relevant experience or training. A state inspection license is preferred, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must have 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or equivalent education/training.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment.
• Measure and adjust caster, camber, toe, and thrust angles to optimize tire wear and handling.
• Perform state-mandated inspections, oil and filter changes, and flat repairs as needed.
