Job summary

Mavis Tires & Brakes at Discount Prices is seeking a full-time Automotive Alignment Technician for our Shorewood, IL center. You will use advanced equipment to align tires and wheels, adjust angles and complete state inspections along with routine maintenance.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Possess 1 year of experience and/or training in dismounting, mounting, rotating and balancing tires or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
• Preference for state inspection license.

Responsibilities

• Align tires and wheels using the latest equipment, and adjust caster, camber, toe and thrust angles to ensure proper tracking and tire wear reduction.
• Perform state-m mandated inspections, oil and filter changes and flat repairs, and other required automotive service or vehicle repairs.
• Support customers with the service process and complete all tasks to Mavis quality standards.
