You will lead initiatives across the equities trading platform, engage directly with clients through reviews and consultations, and build cross-functional partnerships to fuel innovation. The role requires strong analytical skills, expertise in algorithmic trading, and proficiency in Python and q/kdb+.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering or CS.
• 3+ years of equities electronic trading experience and/or execution consulting.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience with q/kdb+ and Python.
• Understanding of equities execution products and market structure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to interact confidently with clients.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead product initiatives across Americas execution products.
• Engage with clients to deliver algorithmic trading and smart order router solutions.
• Analyze client order flow using TCA to provide insights and improve performance.
• Collaborate with analysts, technology, compliance, operations, and sales teams.
• Produce analyses of product usage, client trends, and revenues.
• Maintain knowledge of equities trading and regulatory landscape.
• Contribute to a positive client experience as part of the ECS team.
