Job summary

Amazon Leo is building a fast, broad-bandwidth satellite network. We seek an ALG Strategy Lead to own the development of business strategy for all of Amazon Leo Government, guiding go-to-market plans and cross-organizational programs across domestic and international government segments.

You will translate leadership priorities into actionable plans, develop metrics, and present strategies to senior leadership while driving visibility and accountability across teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years developing, negotiating and executing business agreements.
• 5+ years of program management experience across cross-functional teams.
• 5+ years of working with core cloud technology services.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the development of ALG Gov business strategy and go-to-market plans.
• Lead cross-organizational programs with clear milestones and owners.
• Build analytics frameworks and dashboards to track performance.
• Influence senior leadership and align stakeholders across teams.
• Define goals and risks, delivering actionable long-term plans.
