Job summary

Renown Health in Reno, NV is seeking a Psychiatric Registered Nurse for the Alert Team. This per diem, non-benefited position supports assessment, planning and evaluation across adolescent to geriatric patients within a team-based care model.

Qualifications

• Computer skills to complete online learning requirements and access policies.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments, planning and evaluation for adolescent, adult and geriatric patients within a team-based framework.

• Communicate findings effectively both verbally and in writing.

Working knowledge of the 12-step recovery process, and the ability to empower clients to use their own internal resources as well as to access relevant external services is essential.This person must demonstrate the ability to work with patients and their families and various caregivers in different settings.
